How we use your information.
Raffle information
We request your name, phone, email, payer name, originating bank, transfer reference, date, amount and receipt to identify the participant, review payment, manage the request, assign tickets after approval and send related notifications. We confirm your email through a personal link. We do not request a national ID when purchasing; we will check the winner’s identity when delivering the prize. Do not send passwords, PINs, access codes or full card details.
Use and access
Your contact and payment details and receipt are not displayed in the public catalogue. An authorized administrator reviews requests. Necessary hosting and email providers support the platform. The draw may display the winner’s name and number, but not their ID number, email or receipt.
Retention and requests
We retain information needed to manage and document participation and resolve issues. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about the applicable retention period. Requests may require identity verification and keeping records needed for obligations or claims.
Necessary cookies
The platform uses cookies and browser storage for sessions, security, language selection and remembering cookie choices. These are separate from Google Analytics.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept analytics. It measures visits and WhatsApp and Amazon clicks on public pages. It is not installed on administration or registration pages. We do not send form fields, receipts or personal ticket links to Analytics. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days and can be changed using the Cookies button.
Separate choices
Authorizing data use for a raffle does not authorize analytics cookies. Rejecting Analytics does not prevent browsing, requesting services or buying tickets. External services such as WhatsApp and Amazon have their own privacy policies.
