I am Jefferson Bautista, founder and CEO of Smartsalestore. Before starting my business, I worked in banking and financial services for eight years.
My entrepreneurial journey has included attempts that did not go as expected. Even so, I have always had the courage to continue, learn and start again.
The need that gave rise to Smartsalestore.
Smartsalestore began when I identified a need for appliance repair, maintenance and sales services that offer trust and professionalism.
I saw after-sales support as a significant weakness in our country's services and an opportunity to work with greater commitment.
Support after the sale.
Our greatest strength is after-sales support. Delivering a product or completing a job is only part of the service. Customers also need answers, guidance and support afterward.
